In this one-hour lecture, participants will learn the basics of pest control in the vegetable garden without toxic chemicals. Multiple techniques will be covered to help manage insect pests in the garden with intention and direction. This program provides a framework to create an ecosystem that focuses on a wide range of tactics that leads to a naturally healthy garden. Topics covered include how to identify bugs, companion planting, building an army of good bugs in the garden, and what to do when prevention fails. All levels.
